::I just called here on 1/22/18 close to closing and the man I spoke with about my pkg address being wrong. It was a house warming gift for my sister who had just moved to the location. He was so helpful. I had called several locations including the company that shipped the address all had terrible customer service but this post office was so pleasant to work with. It was really nice to experience such good customer service.

::I never hated a usps mail man as much as till i bought a house at queen ann. FML , marked false delivery, 4 times the parcel key given to the wrong townhouse, I HAD TO WRITE A POST NOTE FOR MY NEIGHBOR. I am sitting here since 9 am waiting for my package it is 5;22 already and it is still out for delivery, the dude delivered my mails not package. ughThe few times i did need to pick up because I was inside my house on second floor the dude wont wait even for more than 1 second after he rigned and left me a notice. Then writes me the wrong damn address on the freakin notice. I had to go to another postal office to find out it was their mistake. I almost pulled all my hair out.

::Went here in person to pick up a package that couldn't be delivered to my apartment. Employee's where prompt and helpful, I was in and out in 5 minutes. However, the entrance was odd. I had to go onto the loading dock before seeing the sign titled "Customer will call entrance."

::Usps is the worst delivery service provider ever. They always come and didn't even try to make the delivery. They then left a notice which could not be found always. Worst service on the earth

::Don't go and waste your time in post office anymore. I tried a service called Kiwiship. They came to my office and picked up my shipping item on my schedule. It's awesome!
