  Spenser Moneoe is a star. He was really very helpful and friendly. He did an extra mile for us eventhough it was not part of his job. Our mail somewhat got lost but he dedicated his precious time in assisting us on finding the parcel. We were able to get it thanks to his help. Superb and exceptional service with a human touch😇✌🏼

  Sent some postcards out from this hidden gem. Nicest and most efficient service! Honestly made my last day in Dallas a treat.

  Vernetta is awesome! I am shocked anyone would call her rude. The location is unassuming, but they take care of you there and do it with a smile/good attitude. I'm so grateful for this location and the staff that work there!

  GREAT, FAST, FRIENDLY This is a contract station inside of Baylor Hospital, located in Parking garage 8 level P1. This post office is convenient for the people very close to the area. This post office does regular needs of a post office such as: help you pack your packages, loan tape needed to close packages (that the regular post office doesn't), may even give advice on better ways to ship. However it does not track/trace packages and does not service any zip code. They also only sale priority shipping packages only. Much friendlier than a regular post office and little to no wait time at all.

  This is not a real United States Post Office. They are contracted through Baylor hospital. They are not federal employees and the manager Vernetta is one of the rudest employees ever. She has a very sharp mouth. If I didn't respect my elders she would have been told off. But I'd rather you read about her ignorance and never visit this place for your mailing needs. AGAIN THIS IS NOT A REAL POST OFFICE.
