  The girls at the counter seemed more interested in talking with each other than in helping me ship my package. Some customer service training is much needed.

  i believe each post office should have a number to that post office not a hotline number

  I go there somewhat frequently. They only take cash, so that's something to make note of before you visit. I've had good experiences there, but there's one young male employee who I find pretty unpleasant :( It's the only post office on campus so it's not a deal-breaker, but I would intentionally avoid the hours when that guy is there if I could, because he seems rude and generally unkind. Everyone else there has been nice.
