  Usha Veda Yoga, is both an incrediby peaceful and welcoming space that encourages you to go at the pace you need. I've loved all the teachers I've experienced, and the students there have all been so friendly. An instant community feel. My favorite meditative space in Greenpoint & recommend to all my friends. I also recommend the acupuncture i had there too. :) 💛🌿✨

  Very professional and encouraging instruction and a gorgeous and fabulous space! I love coming here when I’m in town visiting family. They have classes for all levels of yoga practitioners. I’ve been doing yoga since 1997 and I’m a 200 hour teacher, trained through Yoga Alliance.
