  I Was denied my long term disability from Liberty Mutual, i was referred to Michael Quiat and his law firm. After meeting with Mr. Quiat and being explained everything, I immediately knew that I wanted his firm to handle my case. I was pressed with time but Mr. Quiat along with Mr. Joel Zelkowitz took immediate action and worked very diligently in getting my denial overturned in a matter of only 2 months. They were in touch with me and kept me informed constantly. I can’t thank them enough for getting my denial overturned so quickly. They are knowledgeable and a caring team. I will forever be grateful!

  U,Q,U & R Partner Michael Quiat, worked with me very responsively and diligently to draft all the documents necessary for a disability income insurance claim which was successful. I particularly appreciated his advice on further diagnostic work I found that I needed. I also greatly appreciated his work with me to minimize the the amount of work he and others office personnel needed to perform on this matter and thus control the fees he was obliged to charge below the levels originally estimated.

  I had to retain Michael Quait to represent me after my disability company decided I was no long eligible for my disability benefits. At our initial meeting, Michael set realistic expectations and a timeline of when/what would be done and how we would get there. I am particularly sensitive to my intelligence being insulted (former CPA who had to stop working due to a brain injury) and despite me asking numerous questions during the 18 month process (probably several times, "to refresh my memory") Mike never made me feel foolish and always remained patient - even when my emotions would get involved. He is a class act and worked with us to get us to a goal we were comfortable with- brainstorming some different solutions to get us there. I hope we do not need his services again, but if we do, he would be the first I would call- and I would recommend him to family and friends in a similar situation. Thanks for everything, Mike!

  Highly Recommended Law Firm and Attorney Mike Quiat. It was a daunting task to find a truly experienced, expert, and attentive ERISA Disability Attorney to handle my appeal when my claim was denied. However I was quite fortunate to have found Mike Quiat who has all of those qualities. Whereas other Attorneys wanted a large upfront fee to even discuss my case before taking it on Mike spoke to me at length regarding my claim denial with no charge. I sensed from the start that I had finally found a competent and caring attorney to handle my appeal. Mike knew exactly what needed to be done to overturn my claim denial and expertly prepared it so that it was overturned. He made a very difficult situation as easy as possible for me. He responded to all my phone calls and emails in a timely manner and each member of his firms staff were helpful, courteous, and responsive. I have no hesitation recommended Mike Quiat and his law firm.
