  The wait was what to be expected for walking in around 2pm. I accompanied my mother in regards to an issue with her Medicare part B coverage. Ms. Hernandez was welcoming, friendly, and highly efficient in figuring out what was wrong. In the end the issue was resolved and we were highly satisfied!

  I never received my 2017 tax form for SS. So I called this place and was told there was a 45 minute wait!! What incompetence!!!

  No need to go into great detail here, wait time is too long, you're basically a number, not a person to the staff on occasion, and you leave no worse than before. That's my take away of it. End of discussion.

  If you go in person the wait time has not been bad at all. My 2 contacts have been pleasant and extremely helpful. Mr Joseph was top notch in helping me apply for retirement and stayed through completion after seeing an error online that I made. He even contacted Jamaica office to redo the application to my exact needs. The application was accepted and worked out perfectly by MrJoseph. A very patient man. Let's face it these people do not have it easy with some of the people they have to deal with. I am grateful for my 2 times there for their assistance. Go in person forget the call. It will be well worth your time. Thanks WNSS!

  My first experience was 5 srar...very helpful guy. The second time I rate ZERO stars. This woman was not only arrogant and insulting...she refused to add or understand the importance of a 4 word revision. She was typing for over an hour (WHY?) because it took 40 minutes to write 40 words!! She never understood my questions but would repeat the same nonsequitor louder and LOUDER. When I questioned how someone of a different name could have been on my social security number in 1973 She explained, "How would I know you have a different name on file; I wasn't even BORN in 1973!" Unprofessional, ignorant, arrogant Please don't hire people with low comprehension and low empathy. The security guard is another sad representation of America. "When i was growing up dis kid usta urinate on da walls thats where I came from This man seemed to think a young woman would find this engaging. TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE. WE PAY FOR THESE GOVERNMENT JOBS AND WE DON'T APPRECIATE POOR BEHAVIOR.
