  If i could give 0 stars i would. I was told by a recording my wait time would be one hour. Was never asked if someone could call me back. I waited for a little over an hour using my minutes and all of the sudden a recording comes on wanting me to give a review on my experience with social security and then i was just hung up on!!!!!!!!! NEVER was able to talk to anyone.

  Tried to get ahold of someone on the phone and first of all, their system asked for my full SS #... NEVER DO THAT.. you don't really know for sure where that phone line goes to. When I finally got transferred to a waiting que, they told me it would be about 1 and a half hours for the next agent to pick up. Geeez really?? Get some more folks to answer the phone. Government at its best!
