  I have had the WORST customer service experience in my life with USPS. I forwarded my mail for a move, it never came, Ive called this place a million times and they do not pick up. AWFUL. I can only hope for the worst for them.

  Horrible. He looks not interested to work anymore. Unable to track a priority mail sent through this office. Whats the use of paying charges almost equivalent to FedEx/UPS?

  Not really a post office. They only take cash, no credit card. Also very few services offered. It's really just a place to drop mail.

  I have been calling this PO in Charlotte for almost two hours and the phone kept on ringing to discuss a package that was picked up by mistake. I hope it can be recovered.

  Just sucks because because you can't use a card for payment.
