  The most crooked government office there is and they wonder whats wrong with our country if trump fixes anything it needs to be them if i could go thru someone else i would

  My visits to the downtown IRS office were perhaps the best government customer service I have ever had. I think that its better to go in person. They have helped out and explained issues twice in the past few years.

  I was surprised how fast I got the service I needed here. At first, I thought that I will spend all day waiting in line, but it turned out there was no line. The staff were very friendly, answered all my questions, and even gave me a very helpful advice that prevented me from coming back for more documents. Make sure that you don't have anything that could be used as a weapon, or you'll have to hide it in the bushes across the street. No knives, pepper sprays or guns.

  I called the # listed here only to have a pre-recorded voice tell me that this phone isn't answered. Gives me another #. Called that #. After going thru 6 different menus, I was once again told that noone actually ANSWERS these phones!!! Why do you even have them!!
