::My Final Review as we leave US Cellular. The store employees are super helpful professional and friendly. The Service you actually receive sucks!!!! DROPPED CALLS EVERYWHERE. Want to leave Omaha and have service Haha good luck. You won't have Data. Stuck in Chicagoband cant order an uber = Us cellular. What we learned is "US Cellular does not guarantee coverage. While they are friendly the coverage is archaic. Text messages lost and never delivered. No actual tech support. ZERO RELIABILITY And no help in fixing a thing. We had horribly friendly service for 2 years and am so happy to have left them This weekend yaay

::DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH JAILYN FARLEIGH!!! SHE IS VERY INCOMPETENT AND UNKNOWLEDGEABLE. I TOOK MY PHONE IN BECAUSE OF 2 THINGS IN THE ANDROID SYSTEM DRAINING THE BATTERY DOWN WITHIN AN HOUR. I TOLD HER IF SHE COULD GET THOSE 2 THINGS OFF THE PHONE WOULD BE FINE. SHE REFUSED TO LISTEN TO ME AND SAID MY BATTERY IS FAILING AND ITS TIME TO GET A NEW PHONE. SHE PUT ME IN A NEW PHONE AND TRIED TO MARKET IT AS BEING OUT ONLY A COUPLE OF MONTHS. WRONG I DID MY RESEARCH BEFORE HAND AND KNEW THE PHONE WAS MORE THAN A YEAR OLD. THEN SHE TRIED TO BS ME AND TELL ME THE PHONE WAS $150 AND SHE WOULD KNOCK OFF $20. ANOTHER LIE....THE PHONE WAS ALWAYS $130 I CHECKED ONLINE. SO SHE PUTS ME IN THIS NEW PHONE COULD NOT TELL ME HOW TO OPERATE IT. SHE TOLD ME IT SHOULD WORK JUST LIKE YOUR OLD ONE AND SENT ME ON MY WAY. I WENT HOME CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY SAID ALL I HAVE TO DO IS FACTORY RESET THE PHONE AND THE PHONE SHOULD BE JUST FINE. WELL THAT FIXED IT AND MY BATTERY WAS FINE AND THE 2 BATTERY DRAINERS WERE GONE. I TOOK THE NEW PHONE BACK IN AND HAD MY CONTACTS, VIDEOS, AND PHOTOS TRANSFERRED BACK INTO MY OLD PHONE. WELL COME TO FIND OUT THE IDIOT JAILYN FARLEIGH NEVER TRANSFERRED ALL MY PHOTOS AND VIDEOS OVER THE FIRST TIME AND I LOST ALL MY PHOTOS AND VIDEOS FROM 2016 AND 2017 EVEN THOUGH MY PHONE WAS SET TO BACK UP ALL MY PHOTOS TO MY GOOGLE DRIVE. THE SALES MANAGER TASHA HANSEN IS A JOKE. SHE WAS THERE FOR BOTH TRANSACTIONS AND DID NOT DO ANYTHING. NEVER OFFERED A APOLOGY OR COMPENSATION FOR HER EMPLOYEE JAILYN INCOMPETENCE. INSTEAD OF TRYING TO BE YOUR EMPLOYEE FRIEND YOU NEED TO BE A BOSS!!! HEATHER WAS GOOD AT ASSISTING ME. SO IF YOU EVER HAVE AN ISSUE GO TO HER. THIS STORE NEEDS TO BE EVALUATED EVERYTIME I GO IN THERE IS EMPLOYEES AND MANGERS JUST LOUNGING AROUND ON THE INTERNET DOING NOTHING.
