    Two problems: Update to another recent problem: Maria, a Banker at 8000 Lyndale location in Bloomington, Minnesota, made another mistake on my account. My other bank made a mistake, which affected my US Bank account. I told her the other bank would three way call to explain. Banker, Maria said, "...not necessary" (because she didn't want to take the time to speak with my other bank) and she would reverse a charge. It was never done. I returned in a week then she claimed it was done, but she did it silently, only while I was there and argued with me that they ALREADY did it. She then lectured me saying it was a "discretionary favor" and would not apologize for my second needless physical trip into their bank. She also refused to print an account statement for me. She has never smiled once when I have visited the bank, or apologized for both inconveniences. She seems there for her job income, not because of customers. I have closed my accounts because surprisingly, I have high demands, apparently, for expecting simple, pleasant, customer service. I can actually get a better job of that with an online bank. Goodbye, US Bank. 2nd prior issue also with Banker, Maria: I opened an account, gave Maria, a Banker, my drivers license with current address, but she sent my debit card and checks, and initial US Bank mail to my previous residence of 4 years ago! Two seperate banker reps, firstly Maria 8000 Lyndale Bloomington Minnesota Banker, failed to manually update my current address to the actual current address on my Drivers License I gave them. Now, I had to put a fraud alert on my new account because I can't get my mail. I have gone into the branch multiple times and spent hours via that way and on the phone. I was told by her manager, it's "...rare for Maria." So, they apparently won't bring attention to her to correct her mistakes. She is simply rude and doesn't care about customers, and her managers won't speak with her about it. They must have a close working relationship and assume customers are a burden, rather than why they exist, as a business. Not a good image. There are lots of better banking choices and competition.

    Opened an account. They didnā€™t explain to me how it would work. Just wanted the account to be open. Then I started getting fees and I called to get it sorted and they said I would get a call back. I called 3 times a day(at least) for 3 days straight after they said they would call me back. I had to call technical support and they were able to put me on a student account which is what I was asking for since the beginning. People at this location wouldnā€™t even pick up the phone. And I called at all sorts of hours throughout the day.

    Newly remodeled entryway including ATM! Incredible staff, I"ve been coming here for two years and they've always been great, helped me set up a business account, and are always friendly! Clearly posted promotions for things like the US Bank app and special hours, they are intentional about communicating the details and introducing members to cool features and tools. As an Army veteran I can say they are super veteran supportive, even do cashiers checks and money orders for free! Awesome place, awesome staff, awesome branch for an ethical institution. They have a solid team and should be proud of what they provide the Bloomington community!

    Itā€™s ridiculous that when THIER atm machine malfunctions after attempting to deposit hundreds of dollars in cash that there is no support, I simply have to wait approximately 10 days for the money to get into my account while they ā€œinvestigateā€. I can hope to barely be able to pay rent on time if this comes in 10 days as stated. Most banks have a temporary credit to the account immediately while investigating, which would be extremely helpful with all of the bills that I have due within the next week, but not US Bank. This is why people donā€™t trust technology or machines! Never using the ATM for deposits again, too risky.
