::For two days I held on the phone for 1 hour. They answer put you on hold and do not return

::I use this bank every now and then to deposit my paychecks. I've never had a problem using the bank, however I typically use the US Bank on Tucker a few blocks down.

::This bank takes all your money.,It charges you bank fees for no reason and can't even tell you why.. I have been waiting 2+ weeks for a return and nothing.. The bank manager Byron keeps saying he will take care of it but again nothing... Do Not Bank with them... It's a scam...I'm looking into corporate as we speak..

::This place is so blissfully incompetent, it oughta be against the law. In fact, it probably is. US Bank purposely drags their feet in processing Loan Mortgage Assistance applications, making people jump through hoops, and taking 7-8 months to do something that should really take only 7-8 days. They negligently mishandle information submitted by customers, then lie about it not being received (I have plenty of email proof of this, and have reported them to as many federal, state, and local regulatory agencies as I could think of). People like Shannon Zander in the Motgage Assistance Dept are so dense and so incredibly ineffective, you wonder how they can even tie their shoes every morning. Absolutely wretched bumbling cesspool of disorganization, this company.

::Nice bankers. Convenient for downtown workers and US Bank staff.
