::They donβt value customersβ time but just theirs. My appointment was cancelled verbally in person once I arrived the branch. No text or email communication beforehand, all I have been getting was multiple reminders about the appointment. They said they cannot assist with me because itβs Saturday and they are βbusyβ and understaffed when there were no other customers after me. Poor communication and customer service.

::This is by far, THE BEST Us bank I have come to my services with. All of their tellers are so nice and helpful and make me feel welcomed. Especially Edwin (Eddie) Monterrozo, always has a smile on his face and is ready to solve any problem! Miss Henika and Mr Edwin Torres are very friendly as well. Will be coming back again. 10/10 service

::If I could give "0"star I would do. People who are working in this branch were so so RUDE. I just visit here today and asked them to withdraw my money and they said they don't have money. This is a joke right? What kind of bank doesn't have money????!!!! This 3 guys didn't have any respect and seems just sitting there wasting their hopeless time.

::It's unforutnate that we have to use banks to "manage" our money. Staff is rude, one in particular- Hanika. She is rude, inappropriate and full of attitude. Attitude is not needed nor professional if the customer is being cordial. A customer can only put up with so much and then the same etiquette will be given back. A phone conversation with her recently has reminded me why I stopped going in person to the lobby at this branch. Other staff members (Eddie) tried to excuse her behavior as a "thick accent" and let me assure you that her accent is not the problem, it's her attitude and lack of professionalism. I will be going to another branch whenever my phone app cant fulfill their job (bank staff).
