::Do not use this bank or especially this branch. They will hold atm check deposits for government official checks which is unethical to hold a disabled persons money in the beginning of the month when bills are due. In a modern day, the convenience of mobile banking isn’t convenient at all.

::If you think or plan to open a bank account at this Branch or any other US Bank branch please do your homework this particular Bank branch has the worst bank manager in history I deposited my check on Saturday and will not get released to me 10 business days later they are rude and do not know how to treat their customers I just filed a complaint against the branch manager for his skills and how he treats people total... douche. The rules are 5 days I deposit my check on Saturday and was told it will bill in two days because the teller thought my account was more than 30 days old. Which she didn't check. So I called Tuesday and was told that Friday now I'm being told Tuesday morning it will clear ... Please don't open an account with this bank go elsewhere

::Dislike the banker that help us with the loan made my taxes payer document three times I paid my amount on the spot then months later I get a fee over 800 dollars because of her mistake now am back and forward with this issue not recommended

::"DO NOT BANK AT THIS BRANCH" Worst Worst experience of my professional life dealing with a bank teller. Her name is Sabrina F. She is an African-American woman about 45 years old she was very Rude & unprofessional! First thing she asked me when I tried to cash a check from one of my customers. Do you have an account? I stated no and she frowned at me and said there's a five dollar charge to cash this check. I said okay then she proceeded to tell me she needs my fingerprints and pulled out black ink pad in which I applied and put my thumb print on the check she told me the thumbprint was not good enough to do another one so I had two large thumbprints on the check. At this point I asked her if I can have a wipe to wipe off the ink form my finger and my thumb and she stated you don't need one this is invisible ink real rude like ,u don't need that! I said please this inc is on my finger & my thumb she then said I'm not cashing this check and was extremely rude to me. THIS WOMAN SHOULD BE FIRED she dose not know how to treat people! I then asked for a Manager and he said based on Her we are not cashing this check. the Managers name is Allan Noworul He was of no help. Again do not bank at this location!
