  I go to this bank often I usually have a good experience. Today I walked in, the bank teller woman with short black hair that I always see and is very nice, was busy with a customer. She was the only one behind the main desks except for a man who was off to the side it looked like he wasn’t doing anything but I’m guessing he was busy. I was waiting patiently, the lady behind me was in a rush, but the guy teller continued with his work. It wasn’t until a third person got in line behind me, that the other teller stepped up to attend me. He was being a little rude like he didn’t want to be there, or like I was disrupting HIM. I was waiting in line for a while and then I felt like I was wasting his time. He told me his name was Levy? I think ? But I was really wishing that the women teller attended me. 12/20. Around 1:20 pm

  Not great . Wasted a lot of my time. Nobody was in line but they kept me waiting.

  I don’t often come across a bank that is so willing to help you out in a pinch. I needed help with a big project that I couldn’t do on my own and they were willing to help me out. Not only that but Vida, who was the person helping me, also called me with updates and any questions that she had for me. She was able to complete the project in a timely and efficient manner. I am so thankful for her and this branch for all of their help. You guys rock! Thank you again Vida!

  Great ATM! One of the best in fact... I wish they had more. The customer service inside the branch is very service only and limited customer care. I haven't been inside the physical branch since earlier this year however the more than handful amount of times I was able to stop in weren't impressionable in a good way... I got what I needed each time however have avoided going inside pretty much the bulk of this year.
