::Most of the staff is very friendly. A few could use a refresher in customer service. I don't like the fact I slipped on ice walking in to the bank and when I told the staff they responded with a very cold that's not our problem we have a service company for that. They have no problem letting their clients fall. It's that rude attitude that makes my experience with your bank awful. I have no choice but to bank here for work. Otherwise I wouldn't.

::I walked in to deposit a check and asked the teller if there was a restroom that I could use and his response was "NO, we don't even have running water on this floor". So I'm sure the employee's have a restroom they get to use and it wasn't even offered to the paying customer. I have almost all my money tied up with US bank and I've been a customer for over 15 years and I can't even use the restroom at one of their branch locations. There's a reason their "5 star service" motto went away........

::I went to deposit a check and some cash at the ATM and it spit my card out and that was the end of the transaction. I received no receipt, and the people at the front desk told me to call the number on the back of my card. I have a huge sum of money unaccounted for and couldn't be any less happy with this branch. Do not bank here.
