::It was my first time to visit US Bank. Caleb the banker was phenomenal. Good hospitality and it was amazing. I applaud him for giving me some knowledge when it comes to pursuing my goals. He is not just a banker. He is a coach and willing to work with you to archive your desire in life. Highly recommended this gentleman (Caleb Badajos) to all the people who have something to get it done.

::Friendly and helpful bankers. If you need cash, there's a machine literally 5 feet away from the lobby, facing the lobby, that pumps out cash. So if you're making a withdrawal, the machine kicks on (very loud) and everyone looks over, and then bankers have to walk over to grab the cash and bring it to you. The dispenser portion of the machine is transparent, so everyone can see what kind of bills are being kicked out. There has to be a safer, less ridiculous way to do this.

::While the tellers here seem really nice, this place has a huge safety issue. I was in recently to withdraw a large sum of money. Not only is their cash machine very loud which draws everyone's attention, but the money slot is in plain view of everyone in the waiting area who can now see it pumping out 100's. The tellers then have to count the money on a desk with nothing blocking it where, again, everyone can see the large stack of money in their hand. I then had to walk a mile home knowing there were multiple people who saw I had thousands of dollars of cash on me. So unsafe! This place needs better privacy practices.

::Super fast and friendly service. I like that you deal with bankers and not standing in line for a teller. Not to insult tellers but often times they say they can't help with whatever your issue is and you have to wait again for a banker. This branch seems more personal and friendly.

::Went to go cash a personal check written from my employer and they gave me the hardest time trying to cash the check. It’s as if they thought I stole it or something. I personally feel like I was racially profiled. And I gave them my license and he still asked for my social, which I found odd. I never had a bank do that before when I was cashing a check at their bank. I would not recommend this bank. His excuse for making me go through all of this was because the “check style” changed and he claimed he got an alert. Now I see why there rating is so low. There are so many other banks to bank with that won’t give you the run around. Horrible experience.
