::Terrible customer service and handling of my account! I guess I don't understand why I would have overdraft protection and a savings account if when my account is attacked you wouldn't use the overdraft protection and savings account to cover the hits! and then turn around and charge me over $250 in fee's without a care for the activity on my account and services I signed up for. The branch manager here is rude, inconsiderate and does not deserve your business. Stay away from US bank and stay away from this branch.
