::Worst bank ever! Took all my money during the pandemic of 2020 and now they're trying to take even more money. I couldn't make it to the bank so they kept charging me monthly fees till it was all gone and even once it was all gone this still want more! Don't bank with US Bank.

::Never had a technical problem with US Bank. But the tellers and mangers are really rude. There can be one or two people in front of me and there is still a five to ten minute wait. The female tellers do seem to treat their male customers with much more courtesy. Mmmm. Wonder what's that about. 🤨

::I have been their customer for more than 4 years, but I am really frustrated. Here is what happened: My account balance was negative for 2 days and I was not aware of it (of course it is my responsibility to check it every day, but it could happen for any person). It was the first time it happened. As soon as I noticed, I called the US bank customer service and they removed an overdraft fee as it was the first time it happened for my account. when I called them, it was around 5:45 . I transferred money to my account the next day morning to avoid any more overdraft charges. But I saw another one. I called the costumer service and a lady on the phone said that your home US bank branch may have authority to remove it. I called this branch and talked to the manager. But she did not help me at all. She was repeating her words over and over. She was also interrupting me in the middle of my explanation. So frustrated. when I asked her to talk to the manager, she said "I am the manager!!!". I think it is very important how the bankers talk to their customers who trusted them. I am going to close my account as soon as I can. Do not want to work with this branch anymore. Please do not judge US bank with this review. But my recommendation is to go to other US branches.

::I used U.S. bank to receive money using western union and they were really helpful. The process was quick probably under 5min.
