::This is a great branch. They have helped me a couple times and provided great service with cashier's checks and large deposits. While I was there a local came in that all the staff seemed to know by name. Really got the feeling that they care about their customers. Looking forward to making this my go-to branch for banking.

::This branch needs a change of management from Masood and Adrienn. Personally and as a small business owner of over 20 years, I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism, cattiness, or hostility. Nearly every bank in business exists on Broadway, go elsewhere. Bank of America where I also have accounts are nothing but lovely. Stay away until they replace management. I will be banking at other branches near my home or other banks where I have accounts based on 6 differnt experiences with these 2 managers.

::The problem with this bank is they rotate out here too much. Both bank reps and managers. They manager they have isn't well train. They wouldn't accept a military ID, then when the other manager came out and told the other manager its acceptable. I made a comment and told her you should know this as a manage. Both managers got upet kick me out. I wound up calling Us bank Corporate and also the Police. Also the security guards rotate out here every 3 months. And this is the worst one I seen there in 3 years. I don't know what's going on at this location but they really need to get there act together. Both were extremely unprofessional this would be Adriann Dahl and Mr Torabi. I went back 2 hours later after I file a complaint with Coporate with Ryan Hager. He told me I would get a call from the District operations manager name Terry. Which I never got. Bottom line is these guys need to clean it up. I felt really disrespected as I am a disabled Veteran.

::I love US bank. They are always so great with customer service. This location however is so dissappointing. They are extremely rude when you have to bring them coins to change to cash. They say you can do it yourself. And they never have rolls of quarters for laundry. Its a bank! If a bank isn't able to fulfill one of its primary roles, money handling, it is mismanaged. And of course those things are not a big deal but the way they talk to you is just so rude. I have 10 accounts there and I am thinkimg of switching so I don't have to put up their attitudes.
