  here they say they close at 2 pm I went at 1pm and it was already closed

  Service horrible and waiting time for ever. The worst teller you would ever deal with is Pang Houa Lor and Minh. Horrible service and stupid attitude.

  I really had bad experience with us bank banker called Steven today. I never ever go to this location again and never recommend my relatives and friend to go this banker. Looks like he is discriminating I went to other branch and did everything in 5 min without any problem. Specially the thing I don't like is when my 9 months baby shout and makes Loud sound he put his hand on his head and twist his mouth expressing anger, I was listening to him but small baby they don't know anything about it.

  Service was wonderful and fast.. opened account in minutes. Everyone introduces themselves and is very courteous! Much better compared with other banks.
