  Had to wait more than 45 min to open an account. Afterwards, they required a bill to show that I lived in the area. No other bank or US Bank branch requires this.

  Very helpful in opening and resolving a complex trust account. Patty was exceedingly understanding and kind, while being professional and competent. We had a recent death in the family and her help and empathy was greatly appreciated during this difficult time.

  Rosalinda didn't even know what she was doing when I asked to open a business checking account. After too much research and trying to figure things out, she had to call some office, but guess what... they were closed. WHY do I expect decent customer service these days?
