  Stopped in close to closing time and Holly was amazing. Took time to explain everything and even set up my phone app! Great customer service!!

  Holly Kevelin always fixes any issues I have. She goes above any beyond to ensure my accounts and credit cards are correct. I can't remember the other guys name, Jose or Juan, but he is awesome too!!! Small personal branch. Overall great place. My personal favorite branch. Don't go here, I don't want to wait in line after you ; )

  I have already received more guidance, attention, and care in two weeks of opening an account than I ever did with any previous bank (Fifth Third, BMO, TCF). Had a wonderful call from Barb and tremendous in-person support from Jamie Schneider! I couldn’t be happier!

  ATM is not accessible to the public during the hours posted. It is only accessible during the bank's posted hours. The building is locked at that point and only accessible by key card. I have notified Google of this, although I expect they will not correct the hours, and so people will continue coming here to access an inaccessible machine because it shows up as open when searching when it's not. One star for wasting everyone's time.

  Small and friendly branch situated inside the building. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Has a walk-in ATM inside. parking outside the building are limited to 20 minutes but that should be enough for your everyday transaction. I've started frequenting the branch for basic tasks that could have done using the ATM as the staff are very friendly and also that I work at the building.(I am a U.S. Bank employee).
