  The times that I have been here have been very poor experiences, I do not recall the name of the girl that helped me, but it has been the same girl twice and she was very rude, would not allow me to cash my check although I have an account there and I live in the Inland Empire. They all seem to be very entitled and don't care about customer service. Thankfully, I just work in the area, so this is not my main branch. I will not come into this location again. Any other location that I have been to, they are fantastic and very personable.

  Seriously the banker asked me why I'm in town when I was trying to open an account. I was in town visiting a friend and decided to open an account. Well she said she couldn't help me. I wasn't trying to use any other address but the one in my Drive License.
