  As a new patient I want to say what a great Dentist! Dr. Potkay does the cleanings herself and this has to be the best cleaning ever. Staff was very friendly and efficient . I wish I found this office sooner. Highly recommend. .

  I drive out of my way to a place I no longer live to see her. She's a really good dentist, honest and doesn't try to take you for a ride. I know I'm in good hands with Dr. Potkay.

  After seeing Dr. Potkay a couple of years ago and for 2 or 3 appointments this year I have ultimately decided to change my dentist. Her receptionist is not welcoming or polite when booking and scheduling, there were multiple events were she was rude because I was asking to book on days Dr. Potkay was not in (which I did not know, nor did she express what days she would be out). But regardless of her staff, Dr. Potkay is very nice when speaking to her but I've received multiple fillings and each time I felt her drilling and scraping the tooth. When I've brought up my discomfort she simply says "we'll give it a minute for the novacaine to work," waits a few moments then continues drilling while I still feel it. Only after I start gripping the arms of the chair do I get more injected into the area she's working on. I will admit I don't enjoy going to the dentist, nor do I understand their procedures, but this just doesn't seem right being I've been going to the dentist my whole life without this issue.
