  Urology Associates only cares about the money not the person. I was scheduled for surgery but because I didn't pay the full amount 48 hours in advance (it was a holiday weekend and I forgot) they cancelled my surgery. To top it off Dr. Cerny never even bothered to call and see how I was doing. I would never recommend them to anyone. Where has the compassion gone?

  Mr. Macon's one experience was certainly not what I've received at Urology Associates in the past 28+ years. Dr. William Engel diagnosed my kidney cancer early in 1989 and performed a very difficult operation, and I could not have had a finer surgeon or attending physician. Now I see Dr. Chase K. Sovell at the group for an annual PSA test, digital prostate exam, and occasional cystoscopy. Again, I see a wonderful doctor with wonderful nurses/support professionals. Easily a five star rating for all concerned.

  Three appointments with no help. Everytime they are late. When I asked how much longer (because it is already 30 minutes after my appointment) I got an attitude from the staff. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
