  I was in agony one evening a few months ago after 48 hours of escalating pain. My own dentist was away and the wonderful dentist at Urgent Care Dental treated me professionally and kindly. I felt very safe here. The staff were absolutely lovely as well. The dentist and the assistant called me to follow up three times over the next week to make sure that I was well

  My 5 year old complained of pain in her tooth which was a cavity talking over two teeth. The fee for consultation is $100 which I had no problem paying. After waiting and getting seen I was told that my daughter could not bite down on the X-ray device because it was too big. Seriously! You would think they knew that before. But honestly I feel cheated out of fee and still no satisfaction/help with the infected teeth but advised to give her some form of paid medication until her real pediatrician sees her next week. 2 X-rays were done but I guess the first was not reliable enough. Overall not satisfied because they were not equipped with the proper device to do the proper X-ray which they should have already known. Staff was friendly. I did have a attitude in the end like I said because I feel cheated. I walked away not knowing anything new..

  Dr. Chan was well beyond amazing. For starters I’ve been being pushed off for months by my Dentist, and finally with toothe number 31 (bottom right side) infected and broken so badly, I couldn’t eat or drink ANYTHING the last three days. Well let’s just say, by the time all the papers were signed it was 1,2,3. One of the easiest going, gentle touched Dentist I’ve ever experienced since I was a child. I’d recommend her again and again and again, and to be honest if I could have the insurance coverage for the office I’d be a lifetime patient for sure and btw it’s a 2 hour commute (not including traffic) overall 10 STAR rating of the office receptionist and Dr. Chan, thank you again

  Everything there was great. The dentist is the best. Had no discomfort at all. Had tooth pulled and didn't feel a thing. Great experience. Only negative is there are way to expensive.
