  The rest stop is being closed permanently, due to budgetary concerns, and the fact that as a program that doesn't reduce homelessness, which it's not designed to help. But it's closure is wrong and shouldn't be the case.

  Homeless shower house, provides laundry services& mailing center ,to local homeless citizens.
