  I've shopped here several times, and everyone has always been helpful. Clothes are good quality. It's decorated and set up like most Urban Outfitters. Super convenient location. The reason for the five stars is because of the service provided when I last shopped there and the service provided when I had to return something today, 4/3/18. There was a miscommunication during the transaction when I purchased it, and the manager on duty said I had to call their customer service. I called while in the store and customer service said that it was the store's discretion as to whether or not they would honor the return. The manager was respectful and nice the entire time, and she thankfully honored the return. I will definitely be back and recommend shopping here for both for the apparel and the excellent customer service.

  I've been there like 4 times and every time I go in the staff is not helpful at all. Not a hello or how can I help you...I will not be going back there!!! Need to hire a better staff

  I’m so glad we finally have an Urban right in our backyard. They have a decent selection of merch, clean store, and fairly helpful staff. Love the interior of the store & the all-gender fitting rooms.

  Service is friendly for they greeted you everywhere without hovering. A big plus. Good size place with two floors of merchandise. Prizes are reasonable. Great location.

  The location is great and employees helpful. The style and selection of merchandise wasn't like other stores and was much appreciated. Very trendy and reminded me shopping in nky greater cincy area where I'm from.
