  In Vegas for my annual trip- staying at the lovely Planet Hollywood! PH, attached to the Miracle Mile Mall, and you'll find UO right outside the casino. I walked in briefly yesterday and went back today to find an outfit. Both times the staff were very rude. The 1st day I only saw the downstairs guy. Traditional greeting was swapped for silence as he rudely sized me up. I brushed this off as an immature kid and went back the next day. This time I spent time on both levels and tried some clothes on. There was about 8 staff working on the floor and only one said anything halfway decent. The rest were very rude. One gal (wearing camo pants) wanted to hang some dresses up and apparently my browsing on the next rack was an inconvenience as she rudely sighed. I moved. She walked by me again as I looked at other dresses and let out a snicker and said something like "yeah right" as if saying I couldn't pull it off. Let's say I was 450lbs, over aged for the product and delusionally thinking I could wear that, she STILL would have no right! Small selection Limited sizes (I am a M-L in most UO items. They had NO L) Horrible staff Way over priced considering the above. Honestly I could get cuter vintage clothing at a garage sale... And meet nicer people! Not going back.

  I love urban outfitters- this location is great - located right inside the mall. Be prepared to go up a bunch of steps as this location is divided between different floors. The elevator is extremely slow as it is shared with the restaurant next door.

  Urban Outfitters has always been overpriced, but it seems the current management is hiring many rude incompetent snooty employees (I would not expect fellow young minorities to act/treat people this way!). I have gone in a couple of times since my visit here and all, but two people have given me attitude when trying on closes or asking for a different size from a top shelf. It seems to me they are too busy talking with one another to even help the customers in the store and if you ask for help, you've just interrupted their conversation. The staff is not very friendly and the clothes are expensive items that I have seen in my Dad's closet. This is probably the last time I'll ever shop at this store.

  J'ai toujours beaucoup aimé ce que propose Urban Outfitters (t-shirts design, chaussettes délirantes, livres/vinyls introuvables ailleurs etc) Cependant, je trouve que ces temps-ci (1-2 ans), les prix sont devenus assez élevés (pour des articles que l'on peut trouver à moitié moins chers) et surtout, l'assortiment ne varie plus énormément, on y retrouve des articles relativement similaires sans réels prise de risque comme par le passé. Même si, les UO américains sont beaucoup plus variés et proposent notamment des coins "soldes" avec de superbes offres à saisir ! Malgré cela, je dois bien admettre que je reste curieux à chaque fois que je passe devant et n'hésite pas à y faire un tour
