::Urban Jungle is a great fitness program. There are awesome people who will motivate you and help you to reach your fitness and weight loss goals. Due to the small size of class, the trainers have the ability to provide individual attention. They also know everyone in a personal level (like knowing your name, your fitness level and etc.) The program is tough, but the atmosphere is friendly and fun. I find myself being excited to go to Boot Camp after a couple of sessions! Check it out, you will not be disappointed!

::I am the yoga teacher at Urban Jungle. My path to yoga is from athletics (running and triathlons). Yoga has helped heal my injuries and I found it is great way to increase strength and flexibility. This is needed to prevent injuries in athletic activities. The classes are based from my interest in Ashtanga which is a more physical than most yoga practices. We have regular instructor classes that work us physically and mentally to build our teaching skills. We work with everyone as a unique person because every ‘body’ is different.
