  This gym and its ownership should be the gold standard for gyms. I enjoyed my months of membership here. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I felt welcomed every time I stepped through the door. The workouts were fun and the right amount of challenging. The facilities are so nice as well. I especially loved that there was no confining contract. When I needed to stop my membership, I was immediately helped and the process was amazingly simple. I plan on joining again in the future.

  This is a fantastic fitness boxing gym. Perfect for those training at all levels because the instructors will push you to test your own personal limits. I personally have nearly a decade of boxing experience and have trained in boxing studios all over the world. I was happy to find the instructors to be very knowledgeable (this isn't always the case at fitness boxing studios). For those looking to get into better shape, learn self defense, or simply become better practitioner of the science, do yourself a favor and check these folks out. 5 stars.

  My son was interested in learning how to box, so we gave Urban boxing a try. A friend of mine goes to their gym in Dc and told us that they opened one in Arlington. We had to give it a try now since it's so close to us now. I've heard a lot of good things about the gym so we gave it a shot. What a great experience! They were very professional, experienced, entertaining and really made us feel like part of a family. Now members, we're ready learn as much as we can from this awesome gym!

  Great boxing coaches, brand new location. This is my second week and I am loving it. 1 hour class is worth 3 hours you spend at the gym. I highly recommend for those who are looking to get in shape.

  Antoine, Nathan, and Jeff are the best boxing coaches ever! I've only been coming for 2 weeks and my boxing technique, foot work, and overall strength and stamina has increased so much! Thanks guys!
