  I spent 3 days in hell with a toothache that wouldn't let me sleep/eat, I felt like I was going mad; I visited 3 dental offices and they all told me the same thing that I needed a root canal and send me away because they didn't perform that procedure the same day. I became so desperate that I was willing to just pull my tooth out and end my pain but I came across Uptown Dental which was referred by a family member and it was like God himself was answering my calls, (I called 20 minutes before heading to them and they took me in) long story short from the moment I walked into the office they treated me with such kindness and even offered me a pain relieve medication until they went on to perform the root canal I so desperately needed right then and there. I'm so grateful to the staff and they accept most insurance and cards payments. I would absolutely recommend this dental office to ANYONE without a doubt.

  Uptown Dental took great care of me! After a highly recommended referral from a coworker, I gave them a call. The front office staff is friendly and professional. I was able to quickly make an appointment and received the care I needed wrapped in love. Dr. Jang and Jennifer calmed my nervousness about my procedure with gentle smiles and kind words of encouragement. Catherine took great care of me and scheduled all follow up appointments with ease. When I left the office, I felt a lot more comfortable going back. As a person who doesn't like going to the dentist, I honestly look forward to going back to Uptown Dental. I highly recommend that you give Uptown Dental a try. You'll be making a great choice.

  This is the third dentist office that I've visited in NYC. The first two had unbelievably long wait times (sometimes two hours before I would even be seen), and I would always have to schedule my next appointment at least a month out. When I called to schedule my first appointment here, they were able to see me the very next week. My wait time after arriving at the office has been less than 20 minutes each time I've gone. The dentist and staff are very friendly and do an excellent job. I am very satisfied with this location and would highly recommend!

  I’ve has great experiences here each time. I had some issues with insurance and the office manager made sure they were fixed by the end of my appointment. Everyone is well trained and professional. The doctors are all great and answer any and all questions you may have. Trust me, you won’t be unhappy. This is a good set of professionals!

  If you are looking for an office with a great and professional front staff and also amazing doctors, this is the place to go. Been going here for two years now and I’m never disappointed. Everyone knows the answers to any questions or concerns you may have. Everyone checks on you to make sure you’re comfortable and okay. I’m very happy with my choice of dentist and the manager trained a good front desk so expect professionalism and charming people when you walk in. Everyone is great here!
