::This was a wonderful establishment. The receptionist was lovely and helpful, best of all patient and dilligent. The assistant was all smiles and worked with a friendly demeanor that put me at ease. The dentist was INCREDIBLY sweet and professional. I was in at 2 pm and right back at work in no time with a referral and appointment for my oral surgeon. I am so thankful. She explained everything thoroughly and made sure to make me feel right at home. You know that shamed feeling you sometimes get at the dentist? Non existent here. Everyone was BEYOND kind and stellar. 10/10 !!!!! THANK YOU.

::Dr Phillips at Uptown Charlotte Smiles is a wonderful dentist! She takes time to explain procedures and why they are needed. I have had a lot of dental work in the past several years and I'm so happy that I was pain free during each procedure. I never feel rushed in and out of the office. I was referred to Uptown Charlotte Smiles when my dentist retired. Dr Phillips and her staff are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. The medical equipment at Uptown Charlotte Smiles is top of the line. If you have dental needs in the Charlotte area, give Dr Phillips at Uptown Charlotte Smiles a call. Dr Phillips and Dr Moore are simply the best.

::This is a great team! I have found my permanent dentist. Dr. Moore and his staff are so friendly, they listen, and they care. My hygienist Laura is very skilled at her craft. Every person I encountered today was nothing short of amazing!

::Even though it had been about two years since my last visit,the staff at Uptown Charlotte Smiles treated me as if I hadn't skipped a beat as far as being a regular patient. The staff was very professional in a warm friendly manner. Everyone made sure to offer suggestions and answers for any question that was asked . You may not enjoy a dental visit but I was very appreciative of the way that the staff treated me and made my appointment as comfortable as possible.

::I give my Dentist Dr. Barrett Moore 5 stars him and Heather. The entire staff there is amazing and forgiving. I was looking for a good dentist. My supervisor Angela introduced me to them. They get you nice and comfortable for all procedures.
