  If I could give them 0 stars I would do it without hesitation, I went to have a new radio installed since the one I had they told me that it did not work, so I asked to have a new one installed and they did not have one for my car. They told me that it would cost me $ 350 plus tax for everything that I would have to leave a deposit which I agreed to pay the deposit and return after 2 days for the installation which would last 1 hour and 30 minutes. When I returned for my surprise it was horrible they installed an old cheap radio nothing to do with the one I had originally, I quickly communicated my disgust and they offered to change it but I would have to pay $100 more! They want $500 for a stupid radio they're crazy! I do not recommend them to anyone! Do not go there actually run from them! The never gave us the specs of the radio and never even showed us the box. He never took his time going that. He is definitely overcharging us. I paid 374 for a less than a 100 radio. I left the car a 2pm and called back a 3pm yo tell me the car is ready. One hour of labor. This is really overcharging too much. I also checked with a few people who know about this issues and they all said this is definitely a rip off or fraud. Now he is asking for 100 dollars in addition to install a 179 dollars radio. He is insane.

  They installed the remote start in my Ford Expedition. Great job! Best prices and best quality in the area. They also warranty their work (Not that I've needed it....) I highly recommend them.

  Great work, great customer service. Got my alarm,GPS, keyless entry, tints, new speakers, and new radio done in one day all at an awesome price. Highly recommend!

  I highly recommend their services. This was the second time I used Untouchables because the price and warranty for an electrical starter could not be matched by other competitors. They are professionals, the job is not rushed, you don't have to worry about them damaging your car during installation and the work is don't in a timely manner. The shop is clean so I don't mind sitting in the waiting area. If you are in the need of an electrical starter, alarm, rims, sound system etc... please don't hesitate to try their services. I guarantee you'll be satisfied!

  Today was my second visit at "Untouchable Sounds" and as a corporate professional that has to assess service levels on a daily basis I have to exclaim that this business offers a myriad of excellent services. I will speak directly to the rapport that I have built with three individuals that exemplify professionalism (Jay, Carlos, and Joe) and the aptitude to assist any client on direction & value of automotive accessory procurement. These gentlemen not only make you feel at home by not trying to sale you items that you don't need like most of the automotive businesses that I have frequented; they actually try to save you money by letting you know what you do need! What a pleasant change from the 'NORM' and excellent personalities to go along with it. Lastly, if you want to take your vehicle (WHIP) to the next level stop wasting your time with the newbies and speak with the subject matter "EXPERTS" at Untouchable Sounds. Trust me...you will not regret it!
