  I worked for the UNM Bookstore for 2.5 years as an undergraduate and it is the best (and first steady) job I've ever had. I enjoyed the people I worked with and loved learning about all the different parts. Just the bookstore in general is a cool place. It has a lot to offer.

  The bookstore listed the wrong textbook for two of my classes, and now they refuse to put the correct ones on hold for me despite everything. So, I've paid them, received the wrong books, and now have to pay more according to a really unprofessional staff member over the phone. This is my first and only time using the UNM book store instead of Amazon or Chegg. Really disappointing, and I'm a reasonable person.

  The UNM book store has been the old standbye for any UNM student to get their course books. Over the years they have done a decent job of trying to stay competitive considering all the book resellers who have moved into the surrounding area. Most everyone is friendly and actually knows what they are talking about when you have a Q.

  I love the atmosphere here. The customer service is excellent. And there is a good selection of supplies. The clothes and bags are always super trendy.
