  I used to love this shop when it was at Channelside. Now it is very difficult to find and then when I did it was disappointing. The inventory is not nearly what it was. I have no idea where to buy Tampa items now.

  I’m new to the area and stopped in the visitor center last week. The nice lady on the floor had so many suggestions about things to do in Tampa, that I can’t wait for a day off so I can start exploring my new home!

  The 1 and only person in there was so annoyed that i even walked in i wanted to buy Alot of things i seen there and that person Acted as if my Money was no good there.. walked out and spent $2,847 somewhere else .... that shop should Close down go out of business if or sale it to someone who will welcome u into the shop ...

  The person inside was obviously bored and acted annoyed that I came in to ask a question. If your shop is called visitor's center then maybe you should try to be friendly and helpful. No wonder the place was so empty inside.
