  We have reached max out of pocket payout with my inc. They sent me ONE bill saying they was going to turn me in to a collection agency if I didn't pay them $1832.00. I called my Inc and they have been paying 100% of cost since we hit max payout. I have been trying to call these people for four days, only to get a machine telling me I will get a call back in one business day. I haven't talked to anyone yet.
