::Would not see me because THEIR front desk ladies took a while to check me in. I arrived before my 15 minute grace period (on top of the crazy traffic and no parking because of construction) . I went through a lot to make it to this appointment . I stood , and waited to be checked in and by the time someone did they wouldn’t see me . No fair at all to the patient who fought hard to make it here in the allowed time. They cared absolutely nothing about my needs and didn’t care to assist in getting the situation handled. They care nothing about their patients at all. No good treatment period..

::If you're looking for an OB-Gyn clinic that will treat you like a valued patient or even a human being, this is not the place. The one doctor I've seen there seemed nice, but the clinic itself is so so difficult to interact with. There is literally no way to contact the doctors or clinic by phone. You have to call UC's call center and someone there will send them a message (they can't reach the clinic, either). Then you can wait for them to contact you when it's convenient for them. And usually they're unaccommodating and rude. My Rx refills never get processed on time because the clinic ignores the pharmacy until I call and explain that I wasn't able to take my medication on schedule. When I do call, the response I've gotten has always been that it could be a few more days for them to process the refill. Additionally, they're almost impossible to schedule with. Prepare to wait several months for an appointment. My experience has been anywhere from two to seven months.
