  I came this place to wash and dry my clothes the maxi load washers worked fine but when i went to dry my clothes i always put 3 quarters to dry my clothes i had 10 dryers out of the 10 only 3 worked fine dry mu clothes the others left my clothes as if i had just put my clothes in the dryer i went to tell the employee working there and she told me should have toldsl her before i took my clothing out the dryer so she could see if i had put too much clothing i told her so i used alot dryers and there not drying she well you can call the cops why would i call the cops doesn't make any sense i told if she could give me a number to call she told gor what? I told her so i could make a complaint obviously she said she didn't have a number i could call i told her if you have a problem here what do you do? She said “she never had problems" that i was the first customer out of the whole day who had complained which could not be possible. Why? I have worked for a laundry Quick wash coin services and there's no way the way the dryers were working i would be the only customer who complained. So she started to tell me she knew which ones worked abd which didn't i told so you mean to tell just that there can't be other machines to not work she said no, and proceeded to tell me she had 15 years working there and never had any complaints as if . I asked her for the fourth​ time if she could give me a number to contact she said she did not have one and no where in the establishment are there any kind of number to call. More than half of there machines are out of order I do not understand how is it this business is still open and how do they pass inspection every year if the restroom is horrible the faucet does not work very unsanitary. How are suppose to wash are hands? Will be calling BBB tomorrow morning and the city on this so call business very but very upset. Never again

  Most dyers do not work. The ones that are open to use do not even dry your cloths. The 2.00 washers do not get filled up with enough water and does not dispense the soap right. Just horrible. They maintenance is horrible they're restroom is disgusting. This place is horrible.

  I LITERALLY THREW UP FROM THE SMELL IN MY CLOTHES FROM THIS PLACE IS LOADED WITH GERMS AND BACTERIA THIS PLACE MUST BE SHUT DOWN I WANT MY MONEY BACK WILL NEVER RETURN ABSOLUTELY SICK SICK SICK JUST LIKE THE SCUM OWNER SICK PUKE LOW LIFE PUKE FROM BODY ODOR
