  Most professional person I've met in a while Tv was fixed at price and time stated M r. Lee was very pleasant and appears trustworthy.

  Honest and helpful, even though he couldn't repair the TV for less than the cost of a new one. If much rather get an honest assessment than someone leading me on and charging more than I want to pay.

  My Samsung 52" LCD TV shorted out on me and thought it was over. I called Universal, spoke with Lee, he told me to bring it over. He repaired my TV within 3 days. Great customer service, great experience. I would return for any future issue and highly recommend to anyone in my area.
