  Guy is the lead contractor for Universal Renovation. He and his team renovated our newly purchased apartment in Turtle Bay, Manhattan. The work was nothing major and included resurfacing the walls -- a surprisingly arduous task -- as well as painting, sanding and staining the parquet wood floors. We found him to be very reasonable wrt cost estimates, efficiency and flexibility. Most importantly he didn't overpromise and underdeliver on the tight timeline we required, meeting every goal as stipulated. We would definitely work with Guy again and can recommend him unequivocally.

  I met Guy, owner of Universal Renovations, after a previous contractor had mismanaged and abandoned a bathroom project. Of all the contractors I spoke to, Guy was the only one who came in to assess the project on the same day. He is very professional, knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with. I was even able to leave him and his workers in my apartment while I went to work, which was an added bonus for me!

  if you're looking for professionalism, experience, honesty, and hard working employees then universal renovation is the way to go! Guy the owner has 3 decades of knowledge and work experience. he understands the customers need and will do everything in his power to succeed. He is very meticulous in his work and when discussing what we wanted, his insight to our needs and wants were spot on! when he asked me what i wanted, i told him to make my wife happy. And boy did he hit it out of the park. I would recommend Universal Renovation to family, friends, and neighbors. he is a 5 star person and so is his company
