  I've been renting from Universal since 2014 and they've always been professional and helpful, not to mention their prices are great. We'll continue to use them!!

  I was playing a gig near by when I realized I had forgotten my speaker cables. The two guys working that day went above and beyond to help me. As I was in a tight spot, they could have taken advantage but they did not. They sold me a great pair of cables (better than what I had) for a very fair price. If you know me, I do not give praise lightly. I highly recommend this music store.
