  The wait time is ridiculous. When you wait 30 minutes to an hour and then get called to the back you have to wait another 10-15 minutes and at this point the Doc is rushing AND inpatient . The new GYN doctor is knowledgeable but does really explain certain things in depth. Another thing i did not like and think is very unpractical is when a new doctor has joined the practice the old doctor is allowed to take your medical records with them; which is not convenient for the patient because they have to the paper work all over again.

  Alot of racist nasty staff especially Sabina . So nasty .she is rude and disgusting .ive never met anyone like that before .as you can see they only have russian staff no black staff just 2 of the doctors.

  This place is horrible. The doctor is good, however the staff is very unprofessional. First, i get in the office at 2pm, i wasnt seeing until 530pm. When the woman finally called me. I told her if it wasnt for my co-pay i already paid, i would've left. She turn to me with an attitude and said 'you can get you a refund.' I wasn't about to argue with her, that's not in my nature. I simply will not go there anymore. If i do i might even call the state on them. As a RN i know how pt should be treated.

  As much as I like the providers at this health station. I do not like the fact that there isn't one standard medical record for the place. I didn't like that I was told that the medical doctor that initially diagnosed me with a condition stopped working at the facility and took my records with him. The worst part of my experience here is having to pass Rosie at the entrance smoking cigarettes. Seems like she's always there when I'm coming and leaving. I don't smoke so it's not fair that I have to inhale it when coming to the doctor.

  I love this place!! The staff is super awesome!!! The head nurse Dalia is very caring and friendly!! Dr. Halper is very thorough and experienced! I've Been going here for 3 years, and he has helped my fertility! I'm now 9 months pregnant and still a loyal client. I will definitely recommend this medical center for all matters concerning women's health!
