  First of all, the physician that did my dental work was very professional, knowledgeable,, customer service was great. The dental assistant didn't seem pay attention to patient every time she suctioned out my mouth she sprayed water on my face, I attempted to speak to her and she said nothing, if getting dental shots is not scary in itself, if your going to work so close with dental patients you should understand customer service is the utmost importance,patients will come back and refer other people to your dental office if you are kind and proffesional. As a professional myself I suggest educational credits with Topic being customer service in workplace. I would definitely use the dentist again but ask for a different dental assistant.   I went in for a consult and the information that was given to me was information that I was already aware of. Dr. Martínez just came in and left immediately. If I knew this was going to happen I wouldn't have gone. The receptionist was very rude and gave me an attitude when I asked if I had parked in the correct place.

  Staff is really nice,Dr did a really good job on my daughter's root canal...Highly recommend if your needing a root canal

  Literally the BEST root canal experience ever! I expressed my urgency over the phone and their office was able to get me scheduled the next day. From the doctor's assistant to Dr. Martinez himself, everything was peaceful and painless. I can't thank you guys enough! Blessings.

  If you have to have a root canal, this is the place to go!!!! Staff is friendly, and I loved that they explained everything every step of the way. Mady was awesome! I love that Dr. Martinez likes to listen to music while he is working. This made the entire procedure a bit more relaxing!!! I hope to never have another root canal, but if I do this is where I will go.
