::I will address this review point by point. 1. If you are going to leave a five star review for yourself touting how smart you are since no one else "has a clue", you might want to start by finding a local third grader to proof read your post for spelling and semantic errors...just a suggestion. 2. We didn't do it ourselves. Our builder hired you to do the work and it was so poorly done we were having multiple problems. When we tried to get you to come out and do the warranty work we were told we were too stupid to understand how great a job was done and were hung up on. Luckily, we do have a neighbor with an engineering degree (two actually) who does seem to have a clue (possibly two clues). He and I were able to figure out that the problem areas had been wired incorrectly. We even had two separate places in the same room that were wired differently, and neither worked properly. Is that a clue? 3. If by "cheap" you mean that I only like to pay for something once and then not be insulted when I have a problem, then, yes, I am cheap 4. I'm sure your recollection of a phone call of a crying client is about as good as your grammar. 5.
