A dream girl
::Since February 5th I have not been receiving my packages from Amazon they also have a new carrier and I was told I have to wait if they have time by one person and one person said watchout for them they come at different time really now nothing has been done to resolve this issue and it seems like it's a joke they have nasty employees and some seem nice but all and they need to really train these employees I have a gentleman from FedEx that comes from time to time nice as dependable he could teach you a few things if you can't deliver packages let Amazon know instead of keep stuff and lieing about it

::Supervisor Janice M Smiler left a very passive aggressive voicemail after I raised concern over a carrier opening my mail with personal information. I uploaded it to YouTube because it was just too funny. Still don't care for her though.

::damien is super helpful when i call but my mail carriers are useless. one week they dump every piece of mail in a box on the ground in the mail room, the next they don’t deliver any mail at all. i’m missing two paychecks and no one has any answers. i’ve had to forward my mail almost an hour away to a friends house just to get my mail.

::9/10 workers there are lazy and rude. Been staying at a hotel downtown and ordered some stuff. Courier didn’t check with desk to sign for a package and I had to pay $30 for an Uber to pick it up the next day. Today I have a package I’ve been waiting 2 months for. Been stuck “processing” for a month and finally showed up today. And just got a “vacant” notice and was told the package is being sent back to the sender. When I’ve been getting packages for the last like 2 months. Constantly having to call and sort things out. Luckily most of my good encounters have been with staff over the phone but for the most part everyone working there is rude and acts like any help needed is a major inconvenience
