::The manager is extremely rude in person and over the phone. Sone of the mail carriers are just as rude. The only reason why I gave them 2 whole stars is for the very few people who are nice & helpful. They have to do better.

::I have a package being delivered to me from PHX to TX and i gotta say this place is Impossible to call in for question's. Estimated hold time 30-55 minutes, Sitting on hold for 2 1/2 to 3 HOURS!!! ..... Not the first time this has occurred this is the third day and fifth time I've called in trying to ask questions about a package that is 1 day late on delivery (still in transit). What a disgrace. this will be the last time i ever use usps.

::As Iām about to leave this post office, and knowing and the meaning of professional manners.... Also, giving people a chance to talk at their own speed when explaining their needs of a request. This is not the experience or opportunity that I've had at this location. The counter agents demonstrate no professionalism. Yet, what they do demonstrate is a lack of appreciation towards the customer who are providing a good lifestyle, paycheck, and a retirement pension. it's like this no one takes the time to listen or even hear what your needs might be. When it's my turn I'm always rushed by the counter agents after standing in line for maybe 10-20 minutes, ok cool that's to be expected... what isn't is the rushing, being rude, and not being respectable. ššššš

::I like this post office ok .Maybe because it's so familiar. I've been going there 17 years. The clerks are all efficient and a few are exceptionally friendly and considerate, like the lady with the long blondish hair.. But I would like to see a few more benches for folks to rest on while they wait. opposite the greeting cards? and around the back. Some of us are getting old and have heavy packages and the wait can be long. In fact most of the post offices I've been in have almost no place to sit. Why is that? Wouldn't cost much. Also I think the clerks should have high chairs to sit on if they want.

::I prefer this location. Workers are professional and efficient. They have been there many years. I like that. It's clean and offers a bench for children or someone who needs to sit. Be nice to them as they have to deal with all of us. Practice being amicable.
