::I had an appointment for 2:30. Didn't get called until 3 by the worker Cecilia and when she called me, I stood up to go to her and she ignored me and called the next person. When I walked to the counter she said that I didnt come to her when I called and told me I had to wait. It took me an extra 30 minutes for my turn and she had a horrible attitude the entire time.

::I had set an appointment on line for my passport application and when I got to the Paulson Avenue in Clifton Passport Center the night of my appointment to be told that I did not set it and that I had no Confirmation number. I was upset so I showed the lady after waiting my turn what I did. She was nice so she made another appointment for me which was for today. I was having trouble trying to cancel it on line but I couldn’t. So I have been calling non stop since yesterday to cancel today’s appointment because I am sick so that they can fill my appointment slot for someone else. I called this morning again and no one picks up the phone. I must have called over 50 times and nothing. My appointment was at 1:30pm today. They must have been wondering why I wasn’t there If they would have PICKED UP THE PHONE they would know Why I wasn’t there today Oh well, I tried by canceling on line and by calling a lot to tell them All I can say is HIRE a bi-lingual person to ONLY pick up the phone so a person like myself being courteous and responsible to let them know that I am canceling my appointment and so that it won’t happen to someone else And make the on line appointments EASIER to make as well as when I did set the appointment and got there & they told me that I didn’t Hire people that WANT to work AND make it a way that people can make the appointments on line easier and easier to cancel too and PICK UP THE PHONE The 3 stars are for the lady at the counter that night that I went for my appointment that I had that I didn’t that she helped me set up another appointment for me which was today that I couldn’t make

::My First and only visit taught me to not go there again unless I needed to stand in line for several minutes for a passport because so far that was the only service available there. Unknowing to me as I was waiting in line for their retail service [To mail a package]. The one (1) and only worker didn't announce that the only service there're performing were passports and that was about 25 minutes after standing line... So frustrated; I just walked out!

::Please never go to this center to do passports, It is the worst Only one person to service, and He believes is a King, Instead go to East Orange center, you don't need appointment and they help you on minutes. They should close clifton center, extreme bad service and respect to the public.

::Well here now for an appointment and no one is behind the counter. I'm early but there are 20 people waiting. Why have appointments when there are so many people in the office? Whoever runs this place should be fired immediately. As predicted, the service was problematic because it was interrupted 20 times but the single person working was competent. One person to take care of everything including packages and answering questions from people going in and out of the lobby and on the phone. At the very least they should have 2 people working at all times. Someone to answer phones and get packages while the other does the passports. It would also help if people listened better and wrote their applications clearly. Thank God the woman knew what she was doing. It took me close to an hour but it was done ✅. The 3 stars are for Cecilia. No stars for the manager or administrator who should be fired.
