::Unfortunately, I must agree with the other ratings here. This location is extremely understaffed and sometimes even the terminal isn’t working - lines of 20+ people. The staff is still friendly, which is nice.

::Zero stars. The most poorly run embarrassment of an establishment. Be prepared to wait at least 2-3 hrs for passport processing. Do not bring children to this location.

::If you need a passport photo, go to CVS one block away. if you choose to go here you need an appointment in advance. Such a nightmare when i went. I specifically told them i didn't have an appt and they told me to wait in line and they would do it. I waited for 20 min, got to the front then they told me to go online and make an appt.

::It's really a shame this location has gotten so bad. I was waiting in line along with over 20 people at 10 am on a Monday morning - I waited for 40 minutes and had to leave, who has time like that? Only 1 employee was dealing with pacakge related issues. The other 1 employee was working at the passport/finger print counter. USPS, I know you guys don't listen to feedback - but this location is extremely understaffed.

::There was a line of 20 people and literally no one behind the counter. When the cashier finally came, ge wasn't even wearing a mask (a federal employee requirement). 0 stars.
